The office building built for rent within sight of the A6 motorway sets new standards in terms of architecture and equipment. An elevated composite aluminum facade was installed on an area of ​​1,400 m², with approx. 100 PINs of the type PIN-A-DF-B being installed on the sloping facade. The thermally fully separated Roof-PINs were attached to the concrete ceiling, then the insulation was applied (Roof-PINs left out) and the substructure for the composite aluminum visible level was attached to the Roof-PINs.
